2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display the colors, features, and specifications of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings.

• All prices listed are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Stock quantities are updated regularly, but in case an item becomes out of stock after order placement, our team will notify you immediately.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are processed once payment verification or proof upload is completed.

• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, QRIS, or Supported E-Wallets.
• Please upload proof of payment or confirm via WhatsApp after completing your transaction.
• Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically if payment confirmation is not received within 24 hours.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your contact details, address, RT/RW, and phone number are accurate. Aika Project is not responsible for delivery delays or failed shipments caused by incomplete shipping details.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

• Items received are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
• Requests for returns must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the package along with an unboxing video.
• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
